DO YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP GLASSES/CONTACTS?
No, come in anytime. We ask that you are here by 4:45 to pick up.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
On glasses orders $100 and over, you can pay half and then the other half is due before or at pick up.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS?
Yes! Call or text anytime to schedule an appointment. Just have your insurance information handy as we verify eligibility when we schedule the appointment.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND FOR GLASSES AND CONTACTS?
Usually 2 weeks. You pick your frame and lenses here in office and they are made offsite at our lab location.
DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAID?
We are in network with traditional MoHealthNet and Home State Health. We are out of network with United Healthcare of the Midwest and Healthy Blue. If you do not know which plan you have, feel free to call with your DCN and we can look it up for you.
DO YOU SEE FAMILIES TOGETHER?
Yes, we see 2 family members at a time.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Care Credit, Cash, Check. We do not accept American Express. You can also call to pay on balances over the phone.
